Here are some of the common repairs we regularly carry out

Cracked Alloy Wheel Barrel Repair

Our most popular repair, caused by pot hole damage (never driver error 🤣).

To ensure a safe & lasting repair, we carefully cut into the wheel along the centre of the crack to remove any compromised metal. Then, we fully weld the area, restoring its structural integrity, before sanding it smooth ready for paint.

Kerbed Alloy Wheel Repair

This particular wheel had an unfortunate encounter with a kerb, we sanded the damage down & filled the area in, ensuring the shape of the wheel was maintained.

Damage To Face Alloy Wheel Repair

This wheel suffered damage on each spoke, on the face of the wheel. For this particular job we sanded every spoke down where the damage was & filled in the marks ready for paint.

Hole In Alloy Wheel Barrel Repair

Similar to the crack repair, to ensure a safe & lasting repair, we carefully cut into the wheel along the edge of the hole to remove any compromised metal. Then, we fully weld the area, restoring its structural integrity, before sanding it smooth ready for paint.
